In Junior Infants we have 4 fruit groups.

We have started our Literacy and Numeracy Hours. Here we move from station to station performing practical activities and writing tasks.

We are learning our Jolly Phonics sounds and blends.

We love circle time - here we talk about what we are good at and what we feel proud of.

It is Springtime.
We made some springtime fingerpaintings, here are some of them
Can you see the sheep , the bees , the flowers  and the birds ?

We coloured some flowers, cut them out and stuck them to our windows to make our classroom more colourful.

19/05/2008: The month of May is children first month. We have been learning about healthy eating and so far have tasted melon, grapes, kiwi, cucumber, carrots, cherries and peppers. We also have been learning about staying safe and will be getting a visit from the Fire brigade and dentist.

21/05/2008: Today Farmer Monica came to visit us and she brought two friends along with her, two baby chicks.

22/05/2008: Today chef Leslie came to school and showed us how to store and cook food safely.
